Winterball Baseball benefits the U.S. Marines’ Toys for Tots program. To play, baseball players must donate at least one unwrapped toy for the cause. Lance Corporal Josh Barros from the United States Marines braved the conditions to collect toys from children in need this Christmas.
Last year, we were also honored to have Massachusetts State Senator Patrick O’Connor and Weymouth City Councilor Fred Happel accept our invite to attend.
At least year’s 2023 Winterball Baseball game, Lance Corporate Josh Barros, threw out the first pitch.
And the Weymouth Recreation Department did an amazing job on the outfield inflatable holiday figures!
