In “Pete’s All-Stars,” former high school star pitcher Pete leads an unconventional baseball league, formed of local misfits and degenerates. The team thrives on camaraderie, despite their personal challenges off the field.

However, when an old friend returns to town, Pete begins to re-evaluate his life choices. Caught between the nostalgic past and his present, Pete learns that while “Sucking at life is easy. Throwing a ball is hard.”
