The Pride of St. Louis¬†Pride is the story of one of baseball’s most colorful characters, Jerome “Dizzy” Dean, who advances from amateur ball, through the minors, to the majors with the St. Louis Cardinals. There Dizzy is joined by his brother Paul, whom the press nicknames “Daffy.” Between spectacular ballplaying and zany publicity stunts, Dizzy and Daffy become fan favorites.
