Laser Show New England Pale Ale
Made by Lone Pine Brewing, Laser Show New England Pale Ale is packed with Azacca, Rakau, Summer, Simcoe, and Huell Melon hops that collectively produce aromas of pine resin, stone fruit, and eucalyptus.
Under normal circumstances, you might not think this is a baseball beer at all, but Dustin Pedroia of the Boston Red Sox coined the phrase when he said his hits were like a “laser show.” Plus, he spent part of the 2005 season with the Portland Sea Dogs, and Lone Pine IS in Portland. Plus, since Lone Pine does have two other baseball beers, this didn’t seem such a stretch. So we’ve put it under the lights. Also, be sure to try Laser Show Double IPA from Left Field Brewing.
ABV – 5.0%
The Origin of Laser Show
Dustin Pedroia of the Boston Red Sox coined the term “laser show” for the first time, and explains that David Ortiz is just fine. Relax.
