Bakes Brewing Company

Bakes Brewing Company grew out of founder Jeff Baker’s competitive streak, deep craft-beer passion, and lifelong love of baseball. After discovering great beer on a 2011 brewery trip, he dove into brewing with the same intensity he once brought to the field, earning medals in statewide and national competitions while perfecting recipes in his home garage and basement.

Named for Baker’s nickname, the brewery reflects his meticulous approach and his baseball roots, which inspire beers like Back-to-Back, Ground Rule Triple, Throwing Gas, and Home Run Trot. Backed by formal training from the American Brewers Guild and credentials as a Certified Cicerone and Beer Judge, he’s built Bakes Brewing as a welcoming local spot where finely tuned craft beer and a love of the game come together.
