Ch’ips Series

Bakes Brewing’s Ch’ip Series is a rotating strong IPA released annually to mark each championship season, with the can featuring a championship ring and a new edition for every title across six straight years. Each double or triple IPA batch is intentionally different, exploring new hop combinations and techniques as the brewery continues to evolve its hazy IPA process.

One recent small batch showcased the largest dry hop charge the brewery has ever used, led by a blend of Egger’s and Freestyle Nelson, followed by Citra, Egger’s Riwaka, and a touch of Peacharine. Every release reflects the same spirit as the team it honors: consistent excellence, year after year.
