Disco Turkeys American Pale Ale
Disco Turkey IPA is a collaborative West Coast IPA from Fiddlin’ Fish Brewing Company and the Carolina Disco Turkeys, the summer collegiate club known for its retro aesthetic and mascot Boogie. It spins off Fiddlin’ Fish’s Disco Dolphin IPA with bright tropical fruit, pineapple and stone fruit aroma, and a clean bitterness. Limited cans were printed with the team’s home schedule.
The IPA made an appearance for the Disco Turkeys’ three-game run from July 2 to 4, 2022 at Bowman Gray Stadium, the 1937 venue nicknamed “The Madhouse” for its long motorsports history. The stadium has hosted racing, college football, high school football, and Winston-Salem State football, but the Turkeys’ matchup against the Uwharrie Wampus Cats marked the first organized baseball ever played there. The field sat inside the racing oval, creating untraditional baseball dimensions, curved sightlines, and a short porch that made the series feel completely new. Disco Turkey IPA matched that novelty perfectly, a local beer built for a team that thrives on fun, creativity, and unexpected settings.
ABV – 4.9%
