Funkadelphia from Funk Brewing is a hazy IPA built on American 2-Row, Carafoam, German Pale Wheat, and Honey Malt, with Simcoe in the kettle and a dry hop of Centennial and Citra. It pours soft and hazy with bright notes of grapefruit, pineapple, guava, and orange blossom, rounded by a touch of pine and a light dank edge. The hop mix keeps it smooth while still giving the beer enough structure to feel balanced.
