Juiceton IPA

Juiceton from SpindleTap Brewery is a hazy Double IPA built on Mosaic, Simcoe, Columbus, and Citra, delivering a full blast of tropical fruit, citrus, and soft pine. It pours a hazy orange with a plush aroma of guava, mango, and grapefruit, finishing smooth with low bitterness and none of the harsh burn that can sneak into high-ABV hazies. Despite its heft, it drinks easier than it should.

The name is a play on Houston and the can design pulls directly from Astros country, echoing the team’s retro orange palette and star iconography. Juiceton became a signature in the city’s haze scene, a beer Houston fans rally around as naturally as they do their ballclub. And given that the Astros play at Minute Maid Park, there’s something fitting about a Houston IPA that’s unapologetically juicy.
