The gnomes didn’t just sneak yeast from their Belgian farmstead at Brasserie d’Achouffe — this time they showed up in full baseball gear, bats in hand, ready to swing for the fences. While Coop and the gnomes were busy causing chaos around the brewhouse, the brewers focused on carefully fermenting Chouffe’s signature fruity, spicy yeast to create the lively blonde ale fans love.

This smooth, flavorful ale showcases bright fruity aromas, gentle spice, and a warming finish. Brewed with Styrian Goldings hops and a malt bill of Pils, Carapils, flaked oats, flaked red wheat, and Special B, it delivers a balanced, easy-drinking profile with classic Belgian character.
