Into the Stratasphere IPA

Into the Stratasphere from Strike Brewing Co. is a hazy IPA brewed for San Francisco Beer Week in collaboration with Brewing With Brothas. The name plays on baseball slang for a towering, moon-shot home run, and the beer follows suit with sky-high hop character. Brewed with Strata, Medusa, and Talus hops, it delivers bright flavors of ripe melon, strawberry, and grapefruit supported by a soft malt backbone and subtle sweetness.

Despite its lift and tropical punch, the beer stays smooth, balanced, and easy to drink, showcasing the expressive hop varieties without overwhelming bitterness. It’s a collaboration built for fans who like their hazies full of fruit, soft on the palate, and swinging for the fences.
