1,000 Victories Ontario IPA
Made by Left Field Brewery, 1,000 Victories Ontario IPA is a baseball beer named is named in honor of the Ottawa Lynx – a minor league baseball team that launched in 1993 and won exactly 1,000 games before leaving the city in 2007.
This collaboration with Dominion City Brewing incorporates unique ingredients grown in Ontario: Barn Owl malt from Belleville, VQH Farms Chinook and Centennial hops from Eden, Gibbs Honey from Van Kleek Hill and yeast from Guelph’s Escarpment Labs. This a truly provincial brew bursting with massive juicy pineapple aromas and flavors with tropical flourishes and a balanced bitter finish.
