Bosse Blackberry Sour
Made by Left Field Brewery, Bosse is blackberry foeder aged sour baseball beer named for Bosse Field in Evansville, Indiana. Opened in 1915, it was the first municipally owned sports stadium in the United States and is the third-oldest ballpark still in regular use for professional baseball.
This brew is fermented with house ale yeast and Brettanomyces and aged for 8 months in oak foeders. Ultraviolet in color, Bosse is jammy and full, bursting with tart berries and sour lemon peel, it has a dry floral finish with balanced acidity. It contains wheat and oats.
ABV – 3.6%
