Made by Strike Brewing Co., Bring the Wheat is a dark, German-style dark Weizenbock brewed with a complex malt base for flavors of dark fruit and toasted grains. It is a wonderfully expressive Bavarian yeast strain with flavors of banana, clove, and citrus to balance out and complement the elevated ABV and malt character.
