Spikes Peach Kettle Sour
Spikes Peach Kettle Sour is a summer-forward sour from Broken Bat Brewing that pays tribute to one of baseball’s most electric — and notorious — players, Ty Cobb. Cobb’s fearless baserunning made him famous for coming in hard and late with his spikes up, a style so aggressive it became part of his legend.
But the beer also nods to his softer nickname, The Georgia Peach, which ties perfectly to the bold burst of real peach that drives this kettle sour. Those two sides of Cobb — the sweetness of the nickname and the edge of the spikes — come together in a beer that drinks bright, tart, and refreshing, yet still carries a little bite. Spikes is built for warm days, ballpark energy, and anyone who appreciates a beer with both charm and attitude.
ABV – 5.5%
