The Ripper Double IPA
The Ripper Double IPA by Broken Bat Brewing takes its name from one of the most emphatic strike-outs you’ll see behind the plate—and the man calling it, John Tumpane. Tumpane, MLB umpire wearing number 74, earned the nickname “The Ripper” for his signature strike-three gesture: a right-hand fist driven toward the batter’s box as if ripping the plate apart.
Just like a hitter frozen looking at two strikes, this beer hits hard and fast—load it up and don’t get caught un-ready. At full Force-Five strength, The Ripper Double IPA is loaded with juicy hops and big flavor to match the drama of that hammer-fist call. It’s a beer built for the punch-out, the heavy swing, the moment you know there’s no coming back.
ABV – 8.0%
