Centre Cut IPA

Centre Cut No. 3 continues Left Field Brewery’s exploratory IPA series built entirely around Citra. This release layers three forms of the hop for maximum impact: Yakima Chief’s new High Extract Hop Oil in the whirlpool, Frozen Fresh Citra Cryo for an intense dry hop, and their standard pelletized Citra for balance. The result is an all-Citra hazy IPA bursting with bold grapefruit, lime, and tropical fruit aromatics, wrapped in a smooth, juicy finish that stays true to the series’ focus on pure hop expression.
