Sweet Science
Made by Rally Cap Brewing Co., Sweet Science is a rich stout baseball beer, creamy, and chock full of chocolate and cherry flavor. It was created by conditioning an already chocolate flavored stout on a load of cacao nibs and a touch of vanilla. This brings some great chocolate flavors to the forefront, while the addition of Sweet Cherry Puree in the secondary fermentation results in a sweet, fruity finish.
