In the all-star comedy remake of the 1940’s film The Heckler, titled “Mr. Noisy,” Shemp Howard stars as a top-notch heckler hired by two gamblers to unsettle a ball team so they can bet on the opponents. However, things take a twist when Shemp unexpectedly loses his voice, much to the gamblers’ chagrin.
