In “The Outfield,” three Peoria High baseball stars, Jack, Frankie, and Austin, approach the end of their high school journey with their futures seemingly mapped out. Jack is destined for a promising career in baseball at State, Frankie plans to work alongside his father in the scrap yard, and Austin is preparing to manage his family’s longstanding batting cage business.

Yet, senior year introduces unexpected twists. A new teacher discovers Jack’s talent for art, offering a divergent path, while Frankie is smitten with a girl from a contrasting world. As they face these unforeseen challenges, the trio must confront decisions that test their friendships and the boundaries of their dreams.
