Made by Rally Cap Brewing Co., One IPA celebrates their first anniversary. So they brewed an IPA a little bit different than their others. One is still a Hazy IPA, but they used primarily Pilsner malt as the canvas for this one, adding a touch of Munich malt to provide just a bit of malty flavor. To hop this special beer, they utilized Mosaic Incognito hops in the whirlpool, followed by doses of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Strata hops in the fermenter. Lastly, they fermented this beer out a bit drier for a crisp, crushable finish. (See Two IPA).
